Producting Process:
Prepainted galvanized steel coil takes galvanized steel sheet as the base panel, first the surface pretreatment (degreasing, cleaning, chemical conversion treatment), then coated with a coating in a continuous method (roll coating method), at last baking and cooling.

Common main production processes of two- coat two baking continuous color coating unit process :
